Technical Support Engineer

Job Purpose To provide specialized technical support in Automation, Control, and Smart Home (Domotics) solutions, ensuring the correct installation and performance of Bticino products. You will serve as the key liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal departments to guarantee efficient lighting and automation solutions.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation & Control, Mechatronics, Systems, or Telecommunications Engineering (Titulado).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in technical support or project engineering.
• Languages: Advanced English (Mandatory).
• Travel: Full availability to travel is required (Mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultancy to clients regarding Automation, Control, Lighting, and Energy Efficiency solutions.
• Participate in the development and follow-up of electrical and automation projects.
• Prepare technical proposals and provide support in product specification.
• Deliver both remote and on-site technical assistance (field support).
• Collaborate with commercial teams to offer comprehensive solutions to high-level clients.
• Interpret and develop technical drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD.
• Train customers and internal teams on the use and implementation of technological solutions.
